The story was great but the ending ruined it for me it was kind confusing and u left it on a cliff hanger without another book telling Lincoln and brooks story after leaving us waiting for multiple books just to know if she’d find a mate
**SPOILERS ** I don't have much to say, but the ending was annoying and ridiculously unsatisfying, honestly. After all the ish that man did, all the people he killed, all the babies he took, he just gets to fade away and live happily ever after with his mate?! So he got no punishment. Nothing. But some weak a#$ realization that he was wrong. 😒 And all he had to say was sorry?!?!! Are u serious?
Nah, that just ruined it for me. Araiya died like 50 leven times, was tortured, abandoned by her protector, killed by her mate, SA'd by her step dad, beaten, bullied, and betrayed all because of ONE insecure man and all he had to do to atone is to say fuggin sorry?! Nope. Pissed me right on off.
THEN, you decided to mate Lincoln to BROOKE?! You gave her essentially a d mn child after waiting this d@mn long for a mate?! (Yes, I'm aware he is of legal age) That poor woman.
The author could have shortened the book, too much repetition from the previous books. The ending gives questions am puzzled . After reading book 4 makes me wonder where did it all go wrong.
Okay, overall, this series was great. Did it have a ridiculous amount of typos? Yes. Did book 2 strangely all in the sister pov? Yes. Did a portion of book 3 was the same timeline as book 2 but in the FMC pov so that a lot of scene you knew would happen because they were in book 2? Yes. Was there a weird writing style were you could have multiple povs in the same paragraph? Yes.
I did like some of the pot twists like the Zephyr/Talon switch up. Or the fact that her adoptive mother did what she did for glory and did it poorly. Oh and I liked the end where Lincoln is like mate? And brooke is like oh hell no.
Moreover, we all knew she wouldn't die at the end. Someone else would die and take her place.
P.s. sex minutes after you've given birth to 5 children is a big no.

I'm really conflicted about this series. It was a good set of books but it was weird too. Explanations weren't given that I really believe were needed. The editing was really aggravating in all the books. We got Korinne's story in the third book, but then there was a lot of repetition in the final one. Because it was a lot of the same stuff but in Araiya's last book. The books went from one point of view to another without breaks. That was confusing. I really liked them but was aggravated reading them a lot of the time.
I loved the Shifted Fate series and had high hopes for this one. First book, Chosen, I really got the storyline. As each book went on, the story got a little more confusing and convoluted. Boek three changed things up by giving us Korrine’s story which was pretty good, but then we got to this book and had two tell a lot of the same information just from Araiya’s perspective. The repeats got old pretty fast. What really blew it for me was the end. The ultimate villain, aka Devin, reaches judgment in front of the goddess, and is just forgiven by all parties? Allowed to go into eternity with his mate, whom he had murdered… No judgment or repercussions of any kind? To say this was unsatisfying is an understatement. And then to leave off the epilogue with Brooke running from her mate?
My other issue was the extremely explicit sex scenes. I’ll usually skim over these, but in this book, especially they seemed extremely excessive. I know some people like them, but to me they were over the top and a bit ridiculous.

I enjoyed this series. There were some grammatical errors and the last couple sentences sucked, made it feel like it ended on a cliffhanger, so 4 stars, but overall good series. It deals with a lot of heavy topics, so be prepared for that. The cliffhanger has nothing to do with the main characters or the overarching storyline, so that’s the redeeming thing about it. I still felt like it left me hanging about two beloved side characters. Maybe they’ll get their own book.
The Amazing series she started has come to an end. She ties up all the bits and takes you on such an emotional ride of happiness, anger and sadness, sometimes all in the same chapter.
Araiya has grown so much since the first book. The war has been fought and things have come to an end. You see stories told that are ending, and maybe a few that might need to be told.
I only rated this lower compared to the other because around chapter 17 through 20 there was a constant repeat and I am sure there was a reason for it. However it pulled me from the story so much I struggled to get through it. The execution of that one area could've been varied and helped with the flow otherwise this series was a great one. I thoroughly enjoy your writing and can't wait for the next one!
I would've never put this book down given the chance to read it straight through. There are so many twists and turns.. and CHAPTER 30! 😭 At one point, I was in tears. Seriously, just read it. The whole series is so good. Book 3 ties together into this book. So, read it. ❤️
Oh my goodness. This was one of the best series that I have ever read. It had some really dark parts in it, but the ending was better than I could have imagined. I just borrowed these books to read through kindle, but I am going to go back and buy them so that I can read them again later. I highly recommend reading this series. Fantastic author!
Well, that was a very confusing ending. How did she go from losing everything to that? And why the heck did Brooke run from Linc? Guess we'll never know as it looks like the series has ended.
