Having started tai chi classes, I'm very much in the beginner's learning stage and it's not easy 😁 So much to think about still (foot and hand movements) and no time to 'feel' and relax.

But one sentence in the book is hopeful: "Als u zich de handvorm eigen hebt gemaakt, zult u tai chi anders gaan beleven. In plaats van tai chi te doen, zult u tai chi gaan zijn."

Can't wait to reach the point where I don't have to think about the different sequences and movements and things go automatically. 🙏
