Discusses Gagné's learning outcomes and conditions of learning for each outcome in a more practical/applied manner than his book Essentials of Learning for Instruction. The updated examples from industry and military here make it a good resource for an instructional designer in an industrial setting (as opposed to an educator, who might find Essentials more useful).
