This is easily the best installment in The Archangel Jarahmael and the War to Conquer Heaven Trilogy, in my opinion. I finished it in one day and was unable to stop reading until the very last page.
Right off the bat I would like to say that I love and admire Jarahmael, his courage, persistence, sense of justice, and unending kindness. I have felt great pain at the hideous trials he had to go through, and I justifiably hate the Almighty for it.
My best friend is always saying that this entire universe and everything in it has been created as a kind of experiment for the sole reason of amusing the Creator. And that certainly appears to be the case in this book. Not only are the humans being tested, but so are the angels, both loyal and rebel, and so are the Simians. Speaking of which, I was very worried about how they would come to fit in the general scheme of thing, so I was glad when this point was addressed and rectified.
But back to the point: I think that Luciferael is not that much different from the Almighty. Yes, he is a self-centered, egoistic, juvenile, cruel piece of shit, but the Almighty abandoned one of his most loyal creations for a THOUSAND YEARS just because he did not ask for help. Am I the only one who sees a problem with that? So yes, I'm not in the Almighty fan club, nor will I be joining any time soon.
The writing and the dialogue in In Exile did not annoy me very much, like in the first two books, and I think there has been some improvement with the characterization and writing style. It was interesting to read about how Adam and Eve fared on Earth, and to see that several elements have been added to the story so as to be quite unpredictable. Enoch's background and involvement, as well as Cerebriel's part, were a great addition.
I also thought it was a clever idea to make the perpetual torture of sinful souls fall on the hands of Luciferael. The Prince of Hell seduces humans into worshiping him and once they die he tortures them. He himself does not suffer in Hell and is actually having a blast, torturing the humans he hates and wrecking havoc upon the Earth. This sounds much more logical than what I've been taught.
It is always the case that when I love a book I find myself unable to write a long review, like I do when I end up hating it. So the fact that I don't have many things to say means that it was a very good book and that I had a great time. The ending was very disappointing but fitting, in a way (I had the same feeling when I finished the Dark Tower series by Stephen King). My heart goes to Jarahmael and Lillith, and I hope they can find some happiness and peace, wherever they are now.

A fitting ending to the trilogy of our beloved Archangel Jarahmael!
This book is simply phenomenal. For me, it encapsulates the fact that most people, when it comes to their families, they are willing to do almost everything. They are willing to go through the pain, the anguish, the hurt if it meant that they could be together. That was the thing that resonated with me as I read through this book - particularly the parts wherein Jarahmael became ever so determined to save his beloved Lillith and to protect his son Enoch.
The second thing that stuck with me as I read the book would be the quote "Too much power sitting on any individual or small group was dangerous." Indeed, in our world as of today, we find this to be true. There are those that are corrupt in their schemes, seeking power only to themselves. In our status quo, there are those who hold too much power, and yet they do not use it for the benefit of the greater good. They make promises that are only being kept as words and are never being put into action, and I think that it's a problem.
I admire Jarahmael because of many things - his determination and persistence, his kindness to each and every one, his desires to keep the members of his family safe. There are many things that he had to go through in this series, and it just makes me sad and also angry that he had to endure all of that.
I love how thought-out the story in itself was; and I certainly love the little references that the author has given us, especially in this book. Every detail was certainly hashed out very well and does explain some things that may otherwise remain vague to us if the smallest details hadn't been planned.
The ending was a cliffhanger that I would love to explore more if given the chance, and I have to say that the involvement of Enoch in this story has done a lot, as he is one of my favorites now.
All in all, an amazing book and you best believe I have recommended this to my friends!
The book In Exile is the last of the amazing series "The Archangel Jarahmael and the War to Conquer Heaven". The strong emotions all three books caused me are the main reason why I love and recommend all of them.
Jarahmael is a true hero. He has gone through glory and torture, lost the woman he loves and he has a child he never knew, raised by others. He reunites with his son eventually and then Jarahmael is set on saving his lover, Lilith.
Lillith was a surprise for me. She was such a strong-willed woman and in book two and three I have seen her fall from this category. She was a certain twist I wasn’t expecting and the author did a great job on choosing this character development for her.
The moment she was told Jarahmael was dead she fell into Luciferael’s arms. When she sided with Luciferael she sealed her fate. She had the chance to tell Jarahmael everything but she refused, in my opinion, out of pure selfishness. I felt bad for Jarahmael, since in the future this will be another blow for him.
The book ended with the promise for more about Jarahmael’s quest and I can’t wait to read it. I really hope he gets the peace he has rightfully earned.
In the third book “The Archangel Jarahmael and the War to conquer Heaven” series, Lillith is being held captive by Luciferael and his Auxilium. Jarahmael sets out to find Lillith and ends up disobeying the Almighty’s orders. Enoch, son of Lillith and Jarahmael grows up with Cain and Abel, sons of Adam and Eve. Jarahmael in an effort to find Lillith is tricked and becomes a prisoner of Luciferael.
First I must address Lillith. I just couldn’t stand her. I understand that she could never really defeat Archangels, but that doesn’t mean she had to just accept what was being told to her by whoever she was with at the time. I guess I was hoping for her to be just a bit cunning.
The Almighty: Why dear god (no pun intended) is he never around when he is needed? He seems to always have something better to do right when he is needed.
I enjoyed reading this authors vivid portrayal of our creation. Everything was thought out right down to the smallest detail. I thought I knew this story but I’ve never heard it told like this. An amazing series of books written by an amazing writer!
The archangel Jarahmael is a true hero. From the onset he has been the sacrificial one of the Almighty.Unfortunately he also had pride but didn't realize until years and years passed, with him being tormented and persecuted in hell.He gave up his life for the sake of humanity and his loyalty to the Almighty,Never gave up on anything, but willing to give his life. There is also an unsung hero whose name is Cerebriel.
I thought from the synopsis it would be literary and I bought all three books at once on the suggestion of a popular Twitter post. Will not make that mistake again. Ended up with energy angels without bodies, but somehow living in palaces - but built by whom? Seemed to be a lot of information missing, still.

In Exile is the last book, it is culimation of the war between Almighty’s angels and Lucifier, but not everything is as it seems. Good versus Evil would seem to be pretty straight forward but the author didn’t let it be that way and shows the reader that things may not be as they seem. The reader gets to see as the angels have to come to terms with what is concerned right and wrong, what is divine or human, good or evil without the Almighty stepping in to help them figure it out. Jarahmael is put to the test as he tries to protect the woman he loves while keeping the secrets he was entrusted with for the Almighty.
Throughout each book the pace and flow of the books kept me glued, unwilling to put it down until I finished each book. The action in this one, not knowing if everything would turn out ok in the end, if Jarahmael and Lillith would get to be together after everything kept me wanting to read the next page to find out.
I am highly recommending this book, but am also suggesting that you buy the first two books first so you know what is going on.
The archangel trilogy tremendously exciting Certainly a new way of looking at Genesis
The narrative really brings Genesis to heavenly life.
It's not hard to understand how the angels became beings unto themselves and how their thinking becomes more complex, as they experience new emotions and how they cope with growing conflict is both real and enlightening. All in all an exciting way to look at an old story made new again, from a different point of view SPOILER ALERT An old story from the perspective of the archangels -one of the most interesting ideas brought forward by this author is a decent explanation for the Pyramids and Sphinx!...To finally ponder ideas of what the Pyramids or the Sphinx might have been used for...or to entertain ideas of what might have happened to the dinosaurs!

Excillent is the right word for this book. Powerful and brilliant story. Everytime I turned to each chapters it makes an intense feeling and each characters are well describe by the author..
