Killing Ginge follows the life and the saga of a fifty odd year old as he battles adversity on a daily basis. Our un-named anti-hero wages war against his boss, school mums, bank clerks, his daughter’s parasitic boyfriend, telephone canvassers, pregnant mothers and many others too numerous to mention. The story is written in a tragic-comedic style that at some point or other, situations are encountered that the readership are likely to have experienced. Our anti-hero seeks constant solace by recalling his earlier life when he spent time at school with two mad scientists, Dyson and Sinclair. It tells how when he attempted to assassinate Adolf Hitler he was framed for the death of Stanley Matthews. The anti-hero brings shame on his family by winning a place at the local grammar school when his elder brothers had both achieved places at Borstal. His education however starts to falter when he is unable to find out the true meaning of what “up the duff” really means.
