This delightful book began its journey as a lullaby, penned by the author, and has gracefully transitioned into a beautifully illustrated story that can be enjoyed by children and parents alike.
The simplicity with which "Little Raindrop" explores natural processes is one of its most appealing aspects. Instead of using technical terms like 'evaporation,' the book employs rhythmic, poetic language that not only soothes but also educates. Each page is a lyrical voyage following a little raindrop's journey through the world, making complex concepts accessible and engaging for young minds.
The illustrations in "Little Raindrop" are as soft and inviting as the text itself. Recommended.
This cute little book shows how a single drop of rain moves across the world and sky. It teaches kids about the different forms of water... But they may need some help understanding this. It can be a good way to have a conversation and teach your youngster at the same time, while reading for nap time. To me, the ending didn't really make sense, but maybe it will to you.
This is a cute book for toddlers and preschool kids. I like the flow of the book and the story carrying the little raindrop through his constant movement. Much like the constant movement of a child.
I wish I could give this book 10 stars. We loved the rhyme, the illustrations, and the message. My little ones wanted to read it over and over and over. Amazing book!!
My seven year old daughter liked the story and illustrations. She gave it a big thumbs up and said five stars when we finished reading the book. I like that it’s educational also (learning about rain and snow).
