As it says, this book is like 2 books in one. The 80 pages are split into two halves of 40 pages, with the 2nd half printed upside-down. Each half contains a lengthy story about Cole or Jay, a short profile about each ninja, a few pages of real-life historical ninja facts and Japanese glossary of terms, and a quiz about the story. All of this is printed in a very bold, bright, colourful, attractive style on glossy paper, with very decent, Lego-style artwork. Kids will surely love it, and both stories make for reasonable bedtime stories with moral messages about discipline, teamwork, respect and determination. For what it aims to be, it couldn't be much better. £5.99 is a bit pricey though. 4.25/5
