I have a couple of girls who are 10 and a wife who isn't into hiking. I get out to Central Oregon regularly, so it's nice to find a book focused on easier and accessible hikes.

The book provides a lot of concrete details and directions, somthing often missing. Physically it is a small book, and will fit easily into a day-pack.
