Measurement and Data Analysis for Engineering and Science

Rate this book
Presenting the fundamental tools of experimentation that are currently used by engineers and scientists, this popular text covers basic concepts related to experiments, measurement system components and responses, methods of data analysis, and effective communication of experimental findings. It also offers historical perspectives throughout. Along with updating and reorganizing the presentation, this second edition offers many more problems, ancillary material for instructors on a CD-ROM, and a supplementary website with differential equation derivations, laboratory exercise descriptions, MATLABR sidebars with M-files, and much more. A solutions manual is available upon qualifying course adoption.

This book does not follow a sensible order, resulting in a very difficult read. The examples are not the best either. Most engineering textbooks I enjoy, this book is an outlier.
