Settle.
If there was one word to describe April Summers, it is settle. Settle for a man that likes things his own way. Never taking her feelings into consideration. Never exploring her wild side she keeps hidden behind her mediocre marriage. Never being spontaneous or willing to step out of their cookie cutter relationship roles.
At 35 years old, April has come to terms that such is life. Until one day fate had dealt her a winning hand and a chance encounter with a much younger man would change life as she knew it forever.

But is the MC life more than what April bargained for ? Can she keep up with the fast pace of it all and the dangers that come with it?
There is so much to this story it's insane! Drama, angst, violence, club rivalries. Towles is nonstop, fast paced and action packed throughout the whole book! Once you start there is no way you can put it down. There is so many twists and turns that will keep you guessing and asking what's going to happen next?
Sometimes when you read an MC romance, something gets lost on the way in terms of rawness and grit but Quinn Slater does not disappoint! He really nails the inner workings of MC life and how it's a brotherhood above all else. The Brothers of Chaos are a different breed. They can be funny and even a bit raunchy but they are ALL Alpha and all bada$$es!
This is the third book so far in the series and I have read and loved them all! I can't wait for the next one!

Towles is a complicated hot biker who has his heart stomped on more than once, but even more importantly, someone murdered his parents in cold blood so now he's out for brutal vengeance. April married an older man who really doesn't treat her that well. I'm not saying he's abusive in the physical sense, but he's quite selfish & doesn't meet her needs whatsoever. She & Towles come face to face, and thankfully her life will never quite be the same. She's very much interested in him, but of course she's married so there's that. It's that spark that finally lights a fire under her behind to actually end her marriage, so maybe just maybe she'll find something so much better for the future. On top of the sexy romance going on, there's a ton of suspense since there's a rival MC who needs to be taken down, and a sheriff who needs to be stopped as well. This story was super easy to read in one sitting since I couldn't put it down, and I cannot wait for more in this series! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

He's a smart man that took a path in life that no one expected, but it was the right path for him. Ethan "Brainiac" Towles is a member of the Brothers of Chaos and he is happy there. One night of tragedy has brought his world to a standstill, but his 'family' will help him find the revenge that he seeks for this tragedy. Things are different in their little town lately, and the law is always around to make sure they aren't causing trouble, but when Towles shows his violent side, his path in life will take a detour, but he's ready for it.
She is older but ready for something different in her life. Her marriage is not what it seems and she wants the freedom she sees Ethan portray, can she live that life and be happy? Is the age difference too much for Ethan to accept?
I loved this story and the characters were great. I haven't read the first two books yet, but I will be going back to do so as soon as I can. I loved this MC and the new to me author has pulled me in. The story is packed with steam, danger, action, and the darkness that lurks within an MC at times.

A quick, dramatic read with a fast-moving plot. The main characters are April and Ethan Towle. The latter, a member of an MC, has had to face a huge loss and is ready to extract revenge. April has reached a crossroad in her life with her controlling, self-centred husband. Their meeting sparks a train of events which sees them hit by a strong attraction to each other.
There are many strong ingredients to this book. There are a few gruesome scenes which are covered quickly, but which still didn't feel absolutely necessary to me. Equally, I felt the character development was a bit general, meaning that I couldn't quite believe in them. The fact that I had jumped in at book 3 of the series may have had an impact on this, but there seemed to be loose ends. What happened when Trixie was taken off by her FBI boss, for example?

April is a woman who feels like her life isn't her own. Someone who feels stuck in her marriage with a man who doesn't give her the love and attention she needs. She doesn't ask for much.
But her ex-husband who has more money than sense it seems, only wants her for her looks in public and his satisfaction at home.
Towles, who is part of Brothers of Chaos MC. Has had his fair share of demons, especially lately. Dealing with the murder of his parents and the feelings of not being enough for them or his family, took their toll on him.
This was a book I barely put down once I started reading it. I loved how Quinn wrote each of the characters and think that this was a great book for Brainiac.
When is the next book coming out? Asking for a friend.

April thought she'd been in a good marriage. Inside she knew it wasn't true, but life continued until--A man entered. Their meeting is one we don't see in other MC books. It caught me right away. He is going through pain with his blood family and support from his club family.
She thought she'd never see the man who grabbed her attention but fate had other ideas. The story is a good and unique one. The club is close-knit and supportive. Lots of action, great characters, steam, and a story that will keep you reading till the end.
Usually, the age question is an older man, this time we have a woman who isn't old enough to be a cougar but older than him.

April is an anger management counselor and is living a “dead” life with her wealthy and controlling husband. Towles is every bit the bad boy and much younger than April and even though she hoped for a ride…on his bike, she didn’t think he would ever go for an older woman.
With all the dark and crazy happenings for a 1% club how would a woman like April ever assimilate into the club life. This book was packed full of everything that made this a five-star read for me. Warring clubs, secrets, steam, made this book a big page turner.

April Summers is a councillor specialising in anger management, when she sees Ethan ‘Brainiac’ Towles in the hospital parking lot she is mesmerised by his handsomeness. When Towles is taken to holding because of his outburst at the hospital over the murder of his parents, he’s told by the Sheriff to seek council if, that’s when April and Ethan first meet. Unhappy with her marriage, April leaves her husband and finds herself in Ethan’s protectiveness and that’s when trouble for them starts in earnest.
Loved this story, mind so far I have enjoyed all the books in this series and I can’t wait until the next one. Watcher.

This was my first read in this series. I enjoyed the support of the entire MC, the different dynamics within the men and women, and look forward to more. Ethan had quite the demon sitting on his shoulder, driving his rage, until he met April. She had her own unhappy life and wanted to escape it. Together, they comforted the other and found love. Ethan was protective and easy to like despite his anger. April only wanted to be happy, and I loved how she grew strong enough to actually speak her mind. Definitely a good story.

Enjoyable read even with some of the violent events that take place, fortunately they are quickly done and over so not majorly graphic. Characters have depth, both dealing with different issues, but talking seems to help both deal and make calmer decisions. It's a good steady pace of reading and easy to get sucked in and carried along. Not a perfect 5 but definitely worth the 4 stars.

This was short, but oh so sweet!
I adore age-gap romance. Ethan and April have a gap, and this is reverse…she's older! You don't see too many of these being written.
Plenty of action, suspense and steam.
And, this is a new-to-me author which is even better! I've got plenty of new stories on my TBR list now!

Excellent read, it was a hard hitting, rough and ready story with all the grit needed to be believable. I absolutely loved Towles and April’s story ❤️❤️❤️ A definite page turner and very entertaining. 100% recommend this book to everyone ⭐️⭐️⭐️ you will not be disappointed 😎🖤

If you like mc books you will definitely like this one. Younger man/older woman.. but they couldn't be more opposites of each other... Talk about opposites attracting... Phew .. the sexual tension....

Another great story for this series.
When Towles and April meet their chemistry is off the charts. They are polar opposites in every way, but fate definitely had plans for these two. Their story was full of action and suspense from start to finish.

A quick read with an fastpaced plot. An age-gap romance between a younger man and an older woman. This story was intense. Towles is angry and bitter because of his parents death and April is realising that her life and marriage and not what she wants.

Actually, I like book 3 better than the first two. This book has a little less shut, a little more of a believable plot and a little of the sentimentality women look for in books. So this book got 4 stars.

5 stars! A roller coaster of a read. I love a good age gap. Especially when the female is the older character. Towles and April will have you cheering for them. Crazy chemistry with steamy scenes. Tragedy, revenge, and authentic characters will have you on the edge of your seat with these well-written characters. I will be going back to pick up Book 1 and Book 2.

April is an anger management counsellor, who is not living her life as she should with her wealthy and controlling husband. A chance encounter has April and Towles crossing paths, and there is an instant connection between them.
This is a well written fast paced, action packed story, with emotions, drama, angst, tragedy, club rivalry, vengeance, violence, reverse age gap, secrets, twists and turns, undeniable chemistry, and love, which leads to an entertaining, tragic, and spicy dark romance.
I look forward to reading more from this author whose work I recommend.

Towles is book 3 of the Brothers of Chaos MC series written by a new author for me, Quinn Slater. This is Ethan “Brainiac” Towels and April Summers MC romance story. I loved this story! From the second I started reading I was hooked and couldn't put it down. Absolute perfection! Chemistry, action, great characters, suspense and love.
I look forward to reading more from this author that I highly recommend. I can't wait for more!!!

First time reader of Quinn, it was a fast read for me with a fast moving plot. There were too many emotions for such a fast read if I am being entirely honest–irritation, confusion and anger mostly. Paul Summers was the most annoying, disgusting man in that book. All he did was take, take, take and on top of that tried to control April’s profession. I would have divorced that man when he went behind my back and told people at MY job that I was going part-time… and they just took his word for it. The cop Manning, annoying as hell and was on a power trip talking about “this is my town” last time I checked, his name wasn’t plastered around the town. Trixie annoyed me and it annoyed me even more when they (the bikers) chose to ignore what she did knowing damn well she was the cause of Cinder’s death and the way she tried to get under April’s skin didn’t sit right with me either.
