I found this book to be a comprehensive guide that offers practical advice and insights for caregivers of individuals with dementia. This resource emphasized the importance of community support, tailored care strategies, and self-care for the caregiver while navigating the complexities of the disease.

I like how the author took a holistic and empathetic approach to the caregiving journey. The way this book combines personal stories with practical advice makes the information relatable, easy to follow, informative, and educational. This is a topic I didn't know much about. I do have an elderly parent who is experiencing some cognitive issues, so this resource provided me with more awareness of how to support my dad properly. I also like how this book discusses the various types of dementia and their causes. This is a valuable resource for any caregiver supporting an individual with dementia or for anyone who wants to learn more about this topic. I highly recommend this well-researched resource.
