The Best Book I Have Found On Alimentery Hypoglycemia

After 31 years of teaching kindergarten, I am now on permanent disability due to my reactive Alimentary hypoglycemia.
It is hard to find information that is specific to "me". Nothing works! I drop no matter what and no matter what meds my doctor adds to my regimen. It was nice to read that I am not alone, it's NOT just me.

Good information but repetitive.

Since 1 in 4 Americans are living with Hypoglycemia and don't even know it...I would recommend this book to ALL
