Being able to workshop this with Adam and read this book has been so special. I was skeptical about how “easy” the title sounds like how oh yeah sure just be happy. Adam helped me realize small ways to improve my life and not just make it happy but meaningful and fulfilling. Not my usual genre of book but I’m SO GLAD I read it!!
