This is short and sweet. Written by a guy who is SUPER EXCITED about HR for other “guys” who are SUPER EXCITED about HR. I almost didn’t make it to chapter 3 because I was overwhelmed and annoyed with the HR speak and buzz words. But if you can be patient and translate it in your head to normal business language, you might find something useful here. It’s probably not helpful for anyone not trying to focus on talent development as a novice.
