A nonfiction for youngsters I would say. Specifically for the beginners.

12 steps meets cognitive behavioral therapy geared toward Christians with a bridal paradigm background. The book itself offers some good therapeutic approachers for reframing and forgiving and actively imagining better for yourself. It's a rehashing of positive thought combined with a theology around God as communal. I'm sure there are better books on the subject but this one kind of puts it all together in a shorter more distant and veiled lens. The personal stories or stories of others are relayed like a snap of the fingers magic trick or at least resolved without much detail.

Practical tips that you can use every day for a more peaceful, joyful life. I went through so many sticky tabs to mark points or quotes that spoke to me about finding purpose in life, re-training our brain, and living life to the fullest. Life will happen but with healthy coping tools, we can navigate with more calm and find joy in the moment.
