Part of the popular Time-Life woodworking series. A jig guides the tool to the work, while a fixture guides the work to the tool. This hardcover presents both types quite well.
As with previous volumes, this is aimed at amateur and intermediate woodworkers covering the different kinds of jigs and fixtures that can be made, how to make them and what they are best used for, including some project examples. As previously, the instructions are clearly written and well illustrated and can even be followed by someone like me with very little knowledge and experience in woodworking. For me this is less useful than the other volumes I've read so far as I doubt I would ever use nevermind own any. But for those that do, I'm sure this would prove to be an invaluable guide.
