i ordered this book out of curiosity, when it came up in a search for home-study materials on thai massage. i've been wanting to learn aromatherapy / ayurveda and incorporate it into my massage practice but i hadn't really done anything with that desire. until now. let's see how it goes!

Only skims the surface. If you already have other herbals, you can imagine what is in this. I got it to get a recipe for the traditional compresses they use in Thailand with massage...and there is only a very basic recipe in the book. Check it out of the library before you buy.
