So I rarely write reviews But I really had to review this book
I’ve been going through the worst break up of my life and so heartbroken and literally struggling to get over it. I come across the author on TikTok She honestly gives the best breakup advice and when I saw that she bought this book out, I just had to try it. I’ve already tried to book silence is your superpower and that was fantastic.
This book is a workbook so you write it yourself and you write all your feelings down and it asks you questions that you don’t even realise you need to ask yourself. but when you answer them it makes you feel SO much better. It’s just genius.
So the question is, do I recommend this book and the answer is a great big resounding YES!!!
If you are heartbroken, then trust me this is the book for you and the good thing is that when you finish it, you can also look back and see how far you’ve come 🤗
