Good hardcover with dustcover. Text is unmarked. Covers show some shelf wear with some rubbing and scuffing. Cover also has some discolored spotting. Binding is tight, hinges are strong. Dust jacket shows edge wear with some rubbing, scuffing and small tears. Previous owner's inscription on end paper.

This is a lovely Children's book, although I doubt that the number of children nowadays who would have the reading ability and the background biblical knowledge to enjoy it would be that great. It's old=fashioned and a bit like a twee Christmas card with a golden baby Jesus and certainly no plea for the homeless on the back. Mary always wears blue and gives birth in silence. The Maji are definitely Kings and "looked foreign", but I enjoyed it and it made a good quick Christmas read
