I really wanted to like this. Like this has been a highly anticipated read for me.

It just felt so long winded in some places and so unnecessary. I love me some dark romance, but this didn't feel like that. A lot of dark stuff did happen, but I was still so bored. The relationships didn't feel natural, and the spice was meh.

Bram can get fucked.

Let me start by saying, I am utterly obsessed with the Omegaverse world. It’s a wild, hormonal rollercoaster, and A.K. Graves just handed me the ultimate fast pass. This book sucked me in from page one and held me hostage until the very end. It’s got everything: darkness, spice, alpha knotting (yes, you read that right), a Beta referee to keep things semi-functional, and an Omega who somehow tames a broody, emotionally constipated Alpha. Honestly, it’s the chaotic family reunion you never knew you needed.

First, let's talk about Indy. Sweet, timid Indy? Yeah, no. Turns out she’s a pint-sized inferno in a dainty package. Watching her give Bram a verbal smackdown is like watching a kitten wrestle a tiger unexpected and wildly entertaining. And Bram, oh Bram. The broody Alpha who’s like a walking thundercloud of bad decisions. He spends half the book trying to push Indy away “for her own good,” which is as effective as trying to teach a cat to fetch. Spoiler: it doesn’t work, but it’s fun to watch him try.

Then there’s Nash, the shy Alpha who has the emotional range of a golden retriever and the tendencies of a murdery one. He’s never been in a relationship before, and honestly, I think he’s winging it 90% of the time. But hey, at least he’s a snuggly psychopath? You can’t be mad at him for long when he’s over here wagging his metaphorical tail and asking for head pats.

And we cannot forget Clay, the Beta. The glue. The sarcastic, eye-rolling, joke-cracking glue that somehow holds this feral pack together. He’s the guy defusing nuclear arguments with a punchline while also reminding everyone he’s just as dangerous as the rest of them. Seriously, do not mess with the Beta he’s got unhinged energy and isn’t afraid to use it.

A.K. Graves didn’t just write a book; she crafted a chaotic, spicy sitcom with murdery undertones. It’s dark, it’s addictive, and it’s utterly ridiculous in the best possible way. If you’re not laughing, swooning, or yelling at your Kindle at least once per chapter, are you even reading it right?

Five out of five stars and one nervous breakdown later, I’m ready to dive back in. Highly recommend!

I am rather new to the omegaverse and fantasy genre, but I am eating it up. This story was so easy to follow even with so many characters. We first learn of where The Butcher is in his life and why he is the way that he is. I am a sucker for a damaged villain or what I like to call a hero. Indy is the FMC and her story starts with her in a horrible breeding ground called Harden Ranch. It really looks like there is truly no hope for her and when she is left for dead she is found by no other than the guys of Obsidian Falls. This is where their paths cross. Because while the boys of Obsidian Falls are at their dumping grounds they find a body. And they did not put it there. Following and learning of each of their journeys was a wild ride. This is an MMMF so there are two other guys that I fell for immediately.

The icing on the cake was Nan. You know any tale with an old lady that is so very wise and completely speaks her mind is phenomenal. She will put any man, any size in there place with just a look. As much as I did love this book I have to say there were some tears shed on my end. The steam was steaming and the banter was bantering, and the action was packed. I am so glad I read this book and I cannot wait to read more of Obsidian Falls!

It was not a cliffy per se but I do have some questions so please bring me back to Obsidian Falls soon please.

Gritty and healing!!

Absolutely loved this book!! It's been awhile since I've read in this niche and it was a refreshing change!

Indy has been held at the Ranch for as long as she can remember and has suffered at the hands of its owners and handlers. She accepted her life and has made the best of it until her number is up and her forced heat doesn't produce an offspring.

Nash, Clay, and Bram are quite the trio. Their hands are skilled and coated in revenge. Bram is a major Alpha hole and proves to be just as stubborn and hard headed as they come when he slides up on his scent match at his dump spot.

This book details the ups and down for Indy living on a breeding ranch, finding her home, and the lengths people go to to secure their future and right the wrongs done to their loved ones.

Spice, tension, and wonder fill these pages!! Definitely recommend this book!! Check trigger and content warnings!

I am completely and utterly left speechless - this was absolutely outstanding! The viciousness, the depravity of the Harden Ranch, the outrageous deeds and treatment of omegas was absolutely heart - wrenching. My heart was in pieces for Indy as she has not seen anything but that, being treated like a mere objected and expected to fulfill her role without objections.
It was amazing to see how the main heroine started to explore the world around her with the tender assistance of Nash and Clay. It was sweet, genuine and one could easily see the authenticity of the bonds that have started to form. Now, Bram was grumpy, stubborn and determined to escape his fate, but there is nothing that I love more than the most resistant once as they fall the hardest.

What really stood out here, alongside Indy's connection to the guys, was the relationship they had with each other. When things are built on strong foundations, regardless of the obstacles that may appear, families stick together.

First book by A. K. Graves and I am undeniably smitten with the authors' ability to grip me from the very first chapter with her storytelling skills, character complexity and ability to portray extremely traumatising experiences on page, in a manner that is tentative, considerate and quite frankly soul - shattering. I devoured this in a day and you know what, it is one of those stories that remain vivid in your mind as you were absolutely enamoured by the characters, ripped apart by the emotional whirlwind of the story itself and then gradually being put back together. It is rare for me to experience that, but when it does happen, I know that I have found exactly what my heart desires.

Sucked in from the first chapter. I knew once I started reading this story, that I was finishing it in one go. AK Graves writes the best morally gray characters. The three men in this story are jo exception. They have all done “some things” but they are completely lovable. Indy is a phenomenal FMC. What she has lived thru in her 33 years is truly horrific but she is still full of love and wonder, as well as being funny and feisty. Love this book and look forward to reading more in this series!

Well this book was a ride. From the beginning to the end I LOVED IT. It's dark, but the Romance is so good.

You have a woman that was born into the ring of breeding. Started with her mother and she had Indy when she was captured. From there this book has every single twist and turns you can think of, it made me uncomfortable at points which is a good thing with me.

Indy this poor girl goes through so much and should just be loved. And that is NASH,Clay, & Bramley want to do. Well should I say two out of the three. Bramley had a past too. And can't deal with LOVE at this point. But so does Nash! And when I tell you this story come together And they save each other. Is delicious.

I swear this story has two in one. You have Indy story and then you have Nash, Clay & Bramley. Did I mention they all fall in love. I love love love the build up of their relationship. They are all so different and I love to see how they start bounding together. From what I read that for the 2nd book that is coming out soon you hear about Bramley story and why he is the way he is!!! Which they give you parts here and here but you hear about what happens behide the sense.

This book had me curling my toes. Giggling, laughing and everything else! This is a must read forsure and I can't read the 2nd book in the series.

Best quote: I can play referee and hopefully get my pickle tickled in the process

With everything that happened in this book, with finding out about everything these characters have gone through finally getting to a point in the book were everything was good to just have MY HEART RIPPED OUT is unforgivable.

All the characters match together so perfectly not only bc of how much they love each other but how absolutely blood thirsty they all are. They are unhinged and basically they keep each other from going full on psycho.

Their guys stories and what they went through made me wanna hug them so much. But what Indigo went through broke my heart. I'm surprised and actually admire how fast she was able to accept the guys and start getting comfortable enough to be herself. She's 100% a fighter and she's proved that she doesn't let anyone take her out easily.

She took fast to Clay and Nash. They made her feel comfortable. I had a soft spot for them from the beginning but what really made me root for them hard was how they handled her wanting to explore certain things. They respected her boundaries, they made sure it was exactly what she wanted and just went about it in such a way that made me AND Indigo fall for them even more. Her and Bramley clashed a lot the entire book. This is something I'm not gonna get into (read the book 🫣) but I lovedddddd how she always stood up for herself when it came to him. She never let him scare her off. She knew he was going to be hers and she waiting till he got his head out of his 🍑.

I enjoyed this a lot. There was a lot of blood, and human parts, but the connection and love these characters had outshined everything dark and twisted that was going on in their town.

I refuse to speak about that ending. It doesn't exist to me and yeah nope not going there.

I need more from these characters. At least a book on Brams brother and what's going on with arrow. I was enjoying this book a lot till it made me cry. Also Bram didn't grovel enough for me. He basically put Indigo and his pack through it the entire book he should have done a bit more in getting their forgiveness besides getting naked.

First off, I am a huge fan of A.K. Graves, you offer me one of their books, and I'll jump through fire to get my hands on it. Secondly, I am consumed by and with the omegaverse and the world it has created. If you offer me any omegaverse book, I'm going to devour it, and A.K. Graves has just handed the world the ultimate omegaverse book. From page one to the very last word, this book held me in its grip. It was all I could think about, and all I wanted to do was read and find out what happened next.

I absolutely loved that this had everything that the best omegaverse books have. You get the multiple alpha knots, darkness, dark spice, alpha knotting, a beta referee, an alpha hole, the strong Omega who tames the Alpha-hole This is the entire dysfunctional chaotic family reunion that you never knew you wanted or needed.

Let's talk about our FMC, the sweet, shy, timid, withdrawn Indy. Yeah, first appearances aren't what they appear. Indy, it seems, isn't what she first appeared. Apparently, Indy is this inferno packaged in a dainty body. It was so much fun reading her verbal drubbing was overly entertaining.

Then we have our Alpha-hole and first MMC Bram (Bramley). What can I say about our brooding Alpha, who is scent matched to our sweet Indy. After you read his story, you'll understand why he chooses to spend half the book pushing Indy away, trying to not only protect his pack but also his own heart and really protect Indy. Thankfully, it's all invane, and Indy fights back and pushes him in return and doesn't let him win in the end, but it was sure fun watching him try to fight his destiny. (Sorry for the spoiler.)

We have our other Alpha and 2nd MMC Nash. His emotional range is that of a golden retriever, and that's what honestly makes him such a great lover, but... this golden retriever has murdery tendencies. Other than his relationship with Bram and Clay he has never been in another relationship in his life and he has never been with a woman before, so Indy is a confusion to him, but he wins it all the time in my opinion. You can't stay mad at a man who stands before you panting at your feet and for pets and treats and scratches behind the ear. Metaphorically, of course, lol.

Finally, we have our last MMC and the ever lovable beta Clay. He's the glue that holds them all together, really. I love his sarcasm, the eye-rolling, his wise-cracks, and jokes. He has managed to bring a pack together that would normally tear each other to shreds and then scatter to the winds. He diffuses the arguments before they have a chance to go nuclear with a smile and a fun punchline, and yet at the same time, he can remind everyone that he is just as dangerous as they are. And he's not kidding around. He is just as lethal as the two Alpha's, and he has the man energy to spare.

YOUR MENTAL HEALTH MATTERS!!! Know your triggers. In this book, they include SA, abuse, unaliving, and mental health issues.

Here is the one thing you HAVE to remember, A.K. Graves didn't just give us a book or a novel or even just a hum drum story. This is a mellow-drama with the unaliving, chaos, spice, and all the other undertones you could ever want. The Butcher had me laughing, swooning, yelling at my Kindle every chapter at minimum once a chapter. It's sexy, addictive at so much more.

This book is so good and has all the feels you could ever want. If you are a fan of the omegaverse. Love a feisty sunshine omega, grumpy alpha-hole, a golden retriever alpha, and a referee beta, then this is the book for you. You will be entranced from page 1, and you will not be able to stop reading until the last page. I would give this book a 10 out of 10 stars if I could, and it gets 5 chili peppers for sure.

Holy Crap that was good!! If you LOVE omegaverse stories like I do, this one will blow your mind. It was pitch-black in darkness, incredibly intense, adrenaline packed and filled with so much emotional turmoil that I may have cried a little bit and felt my stomach roll with pain! This story took us down a dark rabbit hole of degradation, evil and corruption, and left us there to claw our way out of the brutal world we found ourselves in.

And this world that was created was unique and incredibly different from anything I have read. The amazing dark imagery and poignant word weaving kept me on the edge of my seat, biting my nails with anxiety and had my jaw continuously dropping to the floor in shock!

The characters were phenomenal. Each had their own demons haunting them, none more so than Indy and Bram. Their demons had the ability to destroy them.

Indy is an incredible woman who has been through some very difficult and tragic moments in her life. There were times that I was unbelievably torn over the truths she reveals and I couldn’t help the tears from falling or the hate from building in my heart. The fact that she has survived as long as she has shows how much of a fierce and feisty woman she is. I loved her strength, her spitfire attitude and her determination to make these men hers forever.

Bram, Nash and Clay will make you fall hopelessly in love with each of them as individuals and as a pack! Even if you want to throttle the Alpha once or twice before the end.

The bater was epic but the chemistry between the four of them just oozed off the pages. And HOLY HELL the spice was incredibly delicious, smutty and kinky!! These four left me a sopping mess continually throughout the whole story.

This story was phenomenal from start to finish and I devoured it all in one sitting. It was the most unique and extraordinary omegaverse story I have read in quite a while. And it wrecked me in the best possible ways. Now I can’t wait for more of this amazing world!

I feel like I waited so long for this just to be slightly disappointed. I think this should’ve been a duet vs a standalone.

I enjoyed the first 50%, the book started off strong and I was really enjoying the angst and drama. But once I hit 70% and this were coming to an end I started to notice plot holes and the book ended up feeling rushed.

The main issue was Bramley. He was meant to be our obstacle and he was packed full of reason to dislike him and it was done pretty well. But unfortunately, there was no grovelling and it just ruined my experience. Furthermore, the resolution to the big picture also felt kind of thrown in there and I feel like there could’ve been a big climax and a mor well thought out handing of it because Bramley is who he is.

Overall, this was an okay read. I did receive this as an arc but all opinions are my own.

Horrible

Let start with the fact that I love dark romance. This book isn’t that. It’s 90% about SA, and death. The claims about knots, heat, kink activities aren’t there. The main alpha doesn’t get with the girl until 85% of the book is finished. He’s basically a bitch the rest of the time. There was one decent sex scene. If I could give the book a zero, I would.

After weeks of slogging through saccharine tales that felt like the literary equivalent of pastel wallpaper, The Butcher by A.K. Graves came crashing into my life like a triple espresso with a shot of jet fuel. Dark? Oh, honey, it’s pitch black. This Omegaverse masterpiece isn’t for the faint of heart—or anyone who can’t handle their metaphors laced with arsenic. If you have triggers, read the content warnings. Not because I care about your mental health (I don’t), but because I refuse to entertain whining disguised as bad reviews from readers too lazy to prepare for the carnage.
And what carnage it is! A.K. Graves is in rare form here, delivering a gritty, unapologetic trifecta of morally questionable main characters—Bram, Nash, and Clay. These three? They’re like Hannibal Lecter’s protégés, spinning darkness into a symphony of chaos and charm that had my little black heart swooning. Forget the annoyingly saccharine, too-good-to-be-true heroes of other reverse harems; these men are flawed, sharp-edged, and absolutely delicious. And Indy, our Omega? She’s no wilting flower. This kitten’s got claws sharp enough to gut her enemies—and your expectations.
Let’s talk about the writing. A.K. Graves wields her pen like a scalpel, slicing through pleasantries to serve up prose that’s raw, crude, and breathtakingly poetic. It’s not just dark romance; it’s performance art with blood splatter. The humor? A morbid, laugh-out-loud antidote to the tears you’ll inevitably shed. Imagine crying your eyes out one moment, then laughing like a deranged maniac the next. That’s the Graves guarantee.
The Butcher isn’t just a book; it’s an experience—a spicy, chaotic, murder-y sitcom where the jokes are as sharp as knives and the romance is as messy as the crime scenes. If you’re not swooning, snorting with laughter, or audibly gasping at least once per chapter, then darling, are you even experiencing this book properly? A.K. Graves has crafted a deliciously dark gem that feels like home for those of us who revel in the twisted and the taboo.
Five stars, and then some. And no, I won’t apologize for loving every beautifully macabre second of it.

This book surprised me! This is one of those slow burns that eventually unfolds into a delicious, unable-to-put-down read!

At first, I was unsure how events were going to unfold, but I was not disappointed!

Indy is such a strong, resolved FMC and I fell in love with her as she grew into her own.

Nash is my favourite MMC of the three. He's the alpha who wants to do right by his mates and doesn't GAF what may try to stand in his way. Clayton is so sweet! He gives me cinnamon roll/golden retriever vibes with a spicy twist.

Then...there's Bramley...This guy I SWEAR. lol He spent a lot of time fighting with himself, walking himself around in circles and just overall being detrimental to his health and wellbeing as well as his pack's. It had been slightly frustrating about halfway through, but once he gave in... GOOD. lol There was a huge sense of satisfaction in a certain scene that made the stubbornness pay off!

I really liked Indy. She has had an extremely tough life but she is exactly what Bram, Nash, and Clay need. I loved Clay and the dynamics that he has with his alphas. I will say I really liked Bram even though there were so many times I wanted to slap him. Even though Bram was frustrating, I could understand where he was coming from.
Clay is such a great beta, a balance for the pack, but he’s still human and a man. There will be bumbles, conversations they only have in their head they forget to share because they’ve been hermits for a long time.
We have Bramley, aka Butcher, who is an alpha and loves to hunt (if you know you know)

We have Nash, who is a sweetheart with glasses but also has a very mean streak.. I loved his vengeance, his present for Indy and definitely his deli meat and special sausages. This is not a euphemism! You will not be disappointed with this book, it breaks your heart and then slowly puts it back together.

When Indigo fails to do what an omega should do, she is roughed up and left for the wildlife. Her rescue comes in the form of a grouchy brute of an alpha with a soft spot for omegas. Not realizing she's his scent match, Bram brings her to his home and lets his doctor grandma heal her up. Bram's pack worm their way into Indy's heart, but he refuses to budget. His purpose in life is to be The Butcher of Obsidian Falls, and his target is the alphas running the omega ranches... where Indy came from. Faced with choosing between Indy and his pack or his determination to avoid happiness, Bram needs to figure out his priorities before he loses everything.

He's a literal butcher... and a people butcher. It's unclear what he does with the leftovers, but let's just say that one guy's sandwich was definitely questionable. Bram is a grouch, but he does have a soft spot for his pack, which eventually grows to include Indy. She's fiesty and full of fire, especially when they give her a chance to shine. I love how Pack Ambrose gave her a safe place to thrive. There were some graphic parts of the story that were rough to read but do make sense in the long run. This one was also pretty spicy and detailed. I'd love to know the other characters' stories in Obsidian Falls!

I had to give myself some time to write a review on this book. It was dark BUT I LOVED IT SO MUCH.

Indy had the toughest of lives, it was ROUGH. Just when she thought it was all over she was rescued. She was traumatized, weak, scared but underneath all that was a feisty and strong FMC and I loved to see her spark. She talked back, she gave as good as she got and go girl. Heck yes. There was times where I wanted to reach into the pages and smack Bram. Like come on Buddy! Our boy has issues. It took awhile, bear with him. But then we have Nash and Clay. Clay is a joy. He’s a sun on a cloudy day… but like a walk softly and carry a big stick kind. Nash was so sweet, but also in a psychopathic way. This entire group was a match made in heaven (?) maybe not quite heaven, but they jived so well.

This is a different omegaverse than usual. It’s dark. Some readers might struggle. Check the trigger warnings for sure, but if you can read it, you’ll find an amazing world that AK Graves has created for us. I cannot wait for the next one to be released.

I received an advance copy of this book in return for my honest review.

I mean listen… this was a lot.

I liked all of the characters and appreciated the rich supporting cast but Bram pissed me offffff (you’re telling me he didn’t put it together WHERE she was a prisoner?? And he was insufferable with his martyr act UGH)

**Spoilers**

I loooved how Clay (and the author) created a unique first time for Indy after all her trauma. Like it was so perfect and rooted in control.
The first big strike for me was when basically right after that she tells all 3 of them the truth about where she was and everything that happened and then THEY ALL LEAVE. I truly think it doesn’t track that Nash and Clay would give her no eye contact or no reassurance on any level. I DONT BUY IT!!

And I feel like Bramley did not do enough groveling. It just seemed like he sort of kept being all smirky and everyone was submissive pretty quickly and he didn’t really have any lasting level of accountability.

There were also a lot of typos like the entire end of sentences being missing.

And the matching penis tattoos with her name??? Hahahahah bffr

We have Bramley, aka Butcher, who is an alpha and loves to hunt (if you know you know)

We have Nash, who is a sweetheart with glasses but also has a very mean streak.

Then we have the Beta Clay, who is like a golden retriever.

These men are tough, but when they love, they love.

Now we meet Indy, who is kept as a 🍞er.

She has so much going on and so much trauma, but our girls get through it all.

It's a must read if you like your men dark, sexy and wants to take care of you. The groveling is just 🥵🥵🥵🥵

The Butcher is book one of the Obsidian Falls Omegaverse Series.

Indy really goes through a lot through the course of this book. It is not for the lighthearted. You can truly feel her pain which she loves with on a daily basis. Her trauma sticks with her through everything but it is with the help of her new pack that she is able to cope with it all.

Bramley really fights through his feelings and instincts. You get to see why he does this but I really felt bad for all the internal thoughts going through Indy’s head because of his actions.

Nash was an absolute sweetheart when it came to his pack. I loved how he was with Indy and his doubts and worries when it came to her.

Clayton is the Beta and a bit more levelheaded than the other characters. I enjoyed how he tried to bring the whole pack together and made them a solid unit.

I love the omega verse books and this one was amazing. Definitely worth the read.

Oh my god AK what are you trying to do to all of us lol not only was I hooked from start to finish. But this book literally made my heart hurt, it gave me all the feels, it made me cry and even made my heart grow three sizes bigger! Well if that’s even possible. Let’s talk about the characters shall we and how I see them. 😊

Bram- tragic and dark makes us love him more 🖤
Nash- delicious and stoic ❤️
Clayton- psychotic but cuddly which we love 💜
Indy- heartbreaking, but also strong and fierce!! 💔

AK literally wove us a tale that literally had me on the edge of my seat! From start to finish this book had me on a wild roller coaster wave of emotions, I was just as m*rder* as the men, and boy, did I want to kick a certain alpha in the rear because he quite literally needed a swift kick! Please if you go to read this book. Do not have anything planned for the rest of your day… you will not be able to put it down! So add it to your TBR you won’t be disappointed I promise you that.

I wanted to read this book as soon as I read the description. Boy was I surprised when I started reading, it was NOTHING like what I expected. It was a million times better. Darker, crueler, more violent, I was totally there for it. (read the trigger warnings).

Indy is one of those characters you never forget. Her life, the things she has experienced, they don’t just happen in the pages of a book. While reading somewhere in my subconscious I knew this, it made everything I was reading somehow bleaker.

Indy learning about the real world, and learning to live a normal life is joyous. She is strong and fierce, as well as determined that her scent match eventually give in to her. It makes for some very intense and gripping chapters.

The twists that come at the end blew my mind, the last few chapters were a frenzied and adrenaline roller coaster ride through hell, but the ending made everything worth it. I am in love with Killerverse and cannot wait for the next one.

The Butcher is the first book in the Obsidian Falls Omegaverse series by A. K. Graves.

💜 alphas, omegas, betas
💜 scent matches
💜 small town
💜 close family
💜 🌶🌶🌶 spice

Bramley just can’t get it together. He’s so angry and can’t even think straight. His mother is gone just like almost every omega in town. And now he knows who did it. His family shouldn’t have to go through this. No family should. The people responsible will have to pay and he knows his pack will help. Will they get the revenge they are looking for? Will they be able to keep things like this from happening again?

This was such a good take on an omegaverse story. There was great world building and character building. The storyline is dark, but oh so good. I really enjoyed the story and was sad when it was over. I really hope more stories come out in this world.

This is the first book in the Killerverse series. I am not sure how many books there will be but I look forward to reading them all! I knew just by reading the title “The Butcher” as well as the series name Killerverse, I would live this book!
Indy, the FMC is such a strong and resilient woman. Despite everything she has gone through she is still open to finding her future. The MMCs are so hot and sexy! I love Pack Ambrose in all their psychotic deviousness! I have found new book boyfriends! I just love these morally grey men.
Thank you, A.K. Graves! I look forward to learning more about Pack Ambrose’s family, Especially Tus, he is such an intriguing character and I want to know all about him!

This book was a deliciously dark omegaverse. Indy comes from the Ranch. A place no one should ever have to be. I wouldn't wish even my worst enemy have to be there. When the Ranch no longer has a use for Indy they get rid of her like they do all omegas. And by the grace of Alpha's Bram ends up finding her. Bram is your broody alphahole Alpha. But his pack, his mates know that this feisty omega belongs with them. No matter how much Bram fights it. One of the most satisfying moments was watching Indy put Bram in his place.

This book brings you on a wicked ride of violence, intrigue, spice and heartache. Buckle up and enjoy this Rollercoaster. I know I did and I can't wait to read the second book.

Bram. Dude, there are so many times where I’ve wanted to smack him 🤣. I’m obsessed with these imperfect characters and this world. I think there are times to remember that imperfect people deserve love too, and these characters definitely do.

Clay is such a great beta, a balance for the pack, but he’s still human and a man. There will be bumbles, conversations they only have in their head they forget to share because they’ve been hermits for a long time.

Indy is a fiery omega, sidling toe to toe with them to remind them when they mess up. I seriously adores this HEA AND NEED the next book.

This was a great read Indy is an omega who’s forced into sex trafficking she’s in her 30s and has been told if she doesn’t fell pregnant this heat then she dies while that’s what happens apart from the death
Bram is an alpha out dumping a body and comes across an omega who’s so close to death he rescues her his man saves her but when Bram finds out she’s his scent match he wants nothing to do with her
Nash is an alpha and Clay is an beta they are all in Bram pack and can’t understand stand why Bram won’t have any part of her
This was written well some spicy scenes going on but a great storyline too

Check your triggers. She be dark. But oh so good! Even while on vacation I had my kindle in hand every chance I had devouring this book.

I loved all the characters, even hard headed Bram. Indy had been through so much but was still able to see the light amongst all the black in her life. I loved seeing her gain confidence and becoming herself with all her choices.
Clay cracked me up with his jokes and light hearted quips.
Nash was just adorable!
I wanted to strangle Bram. Lol

Among all the darkness, angst, violence and fighting. I loved the Obsidian Falls start and need more soon!
