Rate this book
This eBook is composed of 41 separate monographs each depicting situations in which government leaders and military war planners all faced the need for reliable intelligence and chose, for a variety of reasons to use it, abuse it, or ignore it. The reader will fine sufficient background material in these short reports for reaching conclusions as to the wisdom or folly experienced by the players involved. The reader will quickly become accustomed to the terms often used among intelligence officers and analysts such as findings, proactive, data collection, and the like. The reports range from distant history beginning with Moses and his march to Canaan and Jughi Khan’s campaign across Asia to Roosevelt and San Juan Hill and the attacks on the war ships Pueblo and Liberty.Be aware that some of the conversations in a few of the monographs were created using the author’s literary license for story purposes.Jack Morris was a law enforcement officer and an administrator in the Justice system for 30 years.
