Good introduction to the topic, nothing particularly special. If you are interested in this subject it's worth noting that the author produces a new edition every few years, which is essential given how frequently the law changes in this area.

Finished this book fast. Straight forward book with current updates and great for first time landlords or a great refresher for experienced landlords. I found the Tax part very useful.

I've made copious highlights and will be dipping in and out of this one in the future. Pre-dates the latest legal changes but full of useful advice and well written to boot. An easy 4 stars.
