I received this book as a Goodreads giveaway. Thank you to TD Jakes and the publisher for the opportunity to read and use in my devotions.
As expected. A wonderfully written book filled with inspiration and encouragement. My favorite thing about this book are the prayers at the end of each promise. It definitely helps when you’re not sure what to pray about.
I wanted to like it, but it disappointed. It was okay yet I found myself skimming through it and lessons didn't stick with me for some reason. I normally enjoy this author's writings, etc. My tastes have changed evidently.
