Carol Marinelli was born in England to Scottish parents, then emigrated to Australia, where there are loads of Scottish and English people who did exactly the same, so she’s very at home there.
She lives in the outer suburbs of Melbourne—pretty much in her car, driving her three children to their various commitments.
Carol writes for the Harlequin Presents and Medical lines and she also writes contemporary women's fiction (with a dark twist). When she's not writing she's reading, when she's not reading she's writing.
Book 2 - 'The Salvatore Baby Deal' deserves just half a star if that! The h is seriously pathetic doormat in the way she forgives H. H is a misogynistic idiot who doesn't even read a report that claims he is infertile. As a biz man who doesnt read a fineprint I hope he soons has to file for a bankruptcy and considering how he treats his women, I dont think their HEA would actually work. H actually throws h out on the street on a foggy day and she still defends him to her rescuer! The first book by Carol Marinelli is equally bad that the H is an arrogant idiot who knows h is pregnant but still throws her out. The last book by Maggie Cox didn't have much of a plot, or chemistry. It was more like a scene in a play.

The first story was a good read. Rate it 4/5. After the first story, I had high hopes but was sadly disappointed and instead I was left irritated and annoyed by the story. In the end, I had to put the book down. Rate - 1/5
First book is solid 3+, second is hardly 2, and the third is 3. Second wouldn't be so bad if one part of the plot wasn't completely unbelievable: such an intelligent businessman would have checked the document before making a life changing assumption, and clinging to that assumption and basing important decisions on it is just stupid. Completely ruined the book for me, since I guessed the reason for his actions immediately!
