GCSE Computer Science For the AQA Specification Edition 1

Rate this book
This textbook is designed to complement the theory of Aqa's Gcse Computer Science. It covers all sections of the specification and addresses each bullet point in the specification. This book is aimed at Gcse students. The material is written and presented in a way that is accessible to teenagers and has been test-driven by the author's own Gcse classes. Each chapter ends with a "Glossary of Terms" and sample exam questions with answers. This book addresses the Programming Concepts section of the specification as a theory topic but does not attempt to teach any specific language. A few actual examples of code are given to illustrate but generally the concepts are shown using the type of pseudocode that students can expect to see in exams. This book is also available as a downloadable pdf file from lulu.com. This can be printed in centres and used as an electronic resource on the centre's private network or Vle.
