Author’s Review of I Have Two of Everything
As the author of I Have Two of Everything, my goal was to create a book that encourages conversations and engages young readers about divorce in a way that feels safe, comforting, and relatable. Divorce can be a challenging topic for children, and I wanted to provide a resource that helps parents navigate these discussions with their little ones.
This book is more than just a story—it’s a tool to support families during a time of transition. Through simple language and engaging illustrations, I Have Two of Everything helps children understand that while some things may change, love and connection remain constant.
I wrote this book to help other parents who may be searching for the right words to explain divorce to their children. My hope is that it sparks meaningful conversations, reassures young readers, and provides a sense of comfort as they adjust to their new family dynamic.
