The continuation of an unnecessary spin off
Unfortunately I don't really care about Allen Ming and his progress by constantly using cheat methods at all. There is no cultivation in the story until 44% into the book and even that was by using gifted pills..
AM is quite a moron. He kills several high value targets and then wonders that his enemies would target his friends and family while he complacently fools around. Endless stupid talking and boasting even during fights which he only survives by cheating, plot armour or getting repeatedly saved by others. The book is really annoying! Maybe if it was only half as long and didn't contain that much filler it would be better...

Does Li Bei really have nothing better to do than to loiter around in this godforsaken village influencing the disfigured girl and super duper Allen Ming?
It saddened me when AM met another annoying foul-mouthed retard who would not die soon enough..
"Ice torpedo kick" and "ice lagoon shield " were outstandingly idiotic names for skills..
The statement "Wan gita looked like a bitch, so she enied Zhu Er Ming a lot" is " interesting ";;
After the dao of tea making now comes the dao of painting which can grant immortality 😉.
Who would have thought that working against the primary interests of your clan and killing fellow clan members could get you executed? Not the absolute geniuses in this book... that is sure.. in his past AM got his own parents killed by being a petulant ungrateful utterly spoiled brat, now his friend by their combined stupidity. This is not the best track record in my opinion..
13 and 15 year old girls are not little girls in any society,. In this one both could already be married as stated before. For a grown man from Earth to consider a thirteen year old girl as a beauty wile seeing her next to a grown woman is creepy though,,
A family can live on 5 gold for a year and Fiona is supposed to have spent dozens of gold on the annoying brat in only some days? The economy depicted in this story is absolutely broken and contradicting..
The part with Zhu Er Min used the term ugly inflationary.. i found her rather hypocritical and extremely arrogant. She seduces men with her bodily charmes to manipulate them for her own profit but thinks their attention to be dirty and disgusting. In my opinion the whole story emphasises way too much on rape and virginity. I found it highly unbelievable that families in these clans would tolerate rampant rape inside the clan itself and that even women with high cultivation would just stay there worrying about instead of either marrying away, just running away or find safety in building a female society to protect each other.
"It was brutal to see a woman of her age defiled like that" . Yes, it seemed "harsh"that even an older lady would not be safe from rape. But younger women would suffer presumably more from it as this could destroy any normal feelings for men, their will for cultivation and their marriage prospects.. Therefore, i found the statement weird and frigid, as it seemed to indicate that raping younger women seemed "normal", even given that it seems to be a common event in this horrible world..
The existence of 40 year old tea leaves outside of a storage ring is highly implausible..

I don't understand, I don't understand. Alan Ming does this, Alan Ming does that, Alan Ming takes a dump, Alan Ming says I don't understand for the 50th time in 2 chapters, even though his real seniors have just told him the answer in the prior paragraph. Also, STOP freaking touching your nose, this is so god damn filler.
The conversations do not flow and very unrealistic from a modern person.
This guy has become so unlikeable and more arrogant/perv than other cultivation novels MCs. Dude aren't you supposed to be in your 30s or 40s? ACT LIKE IT! Be very wary of the 5 star reviews. There is no story and the guy hasn't gone anyplace to adventure.
It's just the typical cultivation revenge fights, Oh you killed my brother, I have come to avenge my brother uncle cousin twice removed friend!!! Oh you killed my other brother uncle cousin twice removed friend, how dare you, you are courting death!

I had this book for months. I hope I don't regret this.
Like usual there are plot holes. At this point, I don't know if the author does it on purpose to imitate Chinese webnovels, or is they are so bad at proofing their work.
This book follows the lazy cultivation book that the author wrote. At least character trait wise.
I don't know if I will read the sequel or not.
We will see.

Excellent
Another great book i highly recommend reading path of lazy immortal first and then a lot that happens between this protagonist and the previous book series will become more clear.
Everything you want i a cultivation story is here so get buying so these gems we can enjoy more of them.

Very good read
I enjoyed reading this book very much and I recommend this book to anyone who likes LitRPG and progression types of books with lots of action.
