Peter Nealen is a former Recon Marine, a veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan, and something of an aspiring renaissance man (emphasis on aspiring). He has long been a reader of history, philosophy, folklore, science fiction, and fantasy, and is the author of the American Praetorians series of paramilitary thrillers as well as the Jed Horn series of supernatural thrillers.

Wow, amazing story!

I really enjoyed this installment of the Blackhearts. I will be impatiently awaiting the next one. (Sorry, no spoilers.)

I have truly enjoyed reading this author's books. I plan on reading another of his series next, while awaiting my favorite Merc group's return. This series moves fast & the men are professionals in their field. Next book, make sure Mama Curtis's baby boy gets his belt-fed. I'm sure he'll be less cranky. Thank you again for the entertainment. I can hardly put this series down.

Another fast paced adventure

Brannigan and the boys are sent to South America on a job to stop pirates and end up embroiled in a plot to over throw a small country government.
Bullets are flying in every direction in this fast paced adventure!

Always Awesome!

Peter Nea!en has officially taken over as my favorite author. Do yourself a favor and read, not just this series, but all works by Mr. Nealen. As an FYI, I read Clancy, Thor, Greaney, Flynn, and other military or techno-thriller autbors. Peter is the best!
