Secrets and Skeletons in the Teashop is book two in the Faye Lantern Mysteries series by Penny Townsend. Faye Lantern has a dream of reopening her Teashop in Petworth Village. However, the celebration of the reopening of the Teashop was interrupted by the discovery of a body in one of the walls of the Teashop. Faye Lantern started to look for the killer, even with her struggles with her past. Will Faye Lantern and Inspector Rawlings find the killer and start a romantic relationship? The readers will continue to follow Faye Lantern's investigation to discover what happens.

Secrets and Skeletons in the Teashop is the first book I have read by Penny Townsend. From the first page, I have engaged with the characters and the story of this excellent cozy mystery. Generally, I dislike reading books that highlight one character per chapter, but I found this book enjoyable.

I love Penny Townsend's portrayal of the characters of Secrets and Skeletons in the Teashop and their interaction with each other throughout this book. The Secrets and Skeletons in the Teashop is well-written and researched by Penny Townsend. I like Penny Townsend's description of the settings of Secrets and Skeletons in the Teashop, which complements the book's plot.

I recommend this book.

Ok, though relies on a huge number of timing coincidences. Make sure to read the 1st in series as this one starts some things half way through as though you know the 1st half
