Dr Gotian and Andy Lopata have put together the handbook on mentorship for organizations, mentors, and mentees. Studying and understanding mentorship has been a passion of mine for a few years now and I wish I had this book when I first started.

Organizations - don’t just match mentoring pairs on a few demographic criteria - use the tools in this book to take your mentoring program to the next level!

Mentors - get some ICE CREAM from this book and learn how to just not be a sounding board and wise sage, but also an advocate and sponsor of your mentee!

Mentees - understand that you own the mentorship you receive. Build a network, continually assess, and if there’s an issue, start with assessing yourself and your needs to see if you’re setting your mentor up for success or failure!

Overall, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
