This is a very good book full of good information but i'm not totally sure if it is recommended as a first book for investment newbies like me.

I really liked the last chapters on how to start investing and some general tips on how to choose a investment platform, but wished they were at the beginning or halfway through the book, since most of the book is about the differences and explanations of existing ISAs and SIPPs in detail.

I finished the book feeling that there are other high-level concepts that I first need to get more familiar with, and then come back to it once it becomes time to invest.

A reference book nonetheless.

It’s a decent book if you are a complete beginner to investing. If you know a little though, and are looking for something deeper, this is not the book for you.
