Katy Foster has been married to Christopher Foster, the coauthor, for almost 20 years.
They have homeschooled their son and two girls for over ten years.
The Bible Study book was originally written for their 11 year old (at the time) son, whom, still a child, could see the road to manhood ahead of him, and had many questions of how to stay close to God as he grew.
