I bought this book online and returned it -- it was way too basic for me. It definitely wasn't worth the $20 price tag.

If you've ever been to a crossfit or strength training gym, you know most of the massage techniques: hamstrings, calves, quads, shins, and upper back. If you've been to a creative Pilates class, you've done the rest: bridge with roller under the feet, roll up laying on the roller, swan with hands on the roller, and tabletop/quadriped with roller under hands or shins. If you have no idea what I'm talking about, then this book may be for you. I definitely was not the target audience.
