Family feuds and enemies are at the heart of turmoil stampeding all over Wesley and Fifty's happily ever after. Will the groundwork Amil laid to bring the two people he loves the most together be in vain?
THIS SERIES WAS A BANGER. And im mad that it's not being talked about like that. SO MANY EMOTIONS. So many thoughts, so many PLOT TWIST. I was literally screaming at the kindle every time I found out something new.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you're looking for a series that's going to SUCK YOU IN.
Ok so the story has kept me engaged for all 3 books but something about the conclusion felt a little rushed. Really wanted more from Brandon/Jacob, hated Sassy’s decision and Rocco needed to suffer more. I haven’t decided if I care enough to check out Amelia’s story or not. Overall I enjoyed the series, the conclusion just fell a bit flat. I’ll definitely be reading from this author again .
Man, what a series! When I Knew You'd Lose Me Too grabs you from the very start and doesn't let go. The twists are nonstop, and every chapter has you hooked. It's emotional, suspenseful, and keeps you guessing. You'll be thinking about it long after you've finished. If you want something that pulls you in and keeps you turning pages, this is it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
The ending is definitely underwhelming for all that happened. Ultimately Dirty should've used street smarts and his instincts instead of allowing Sass to continue down her road of ignorance which ultimately got him killed. Honestly I feel like Amelia should've died too or at least did jail time. The fact she gets a happily ever after (I'm assuming that's Desmond's purpose) is crazy to me. That lady did a lot of unforgivable things to a lot of women just for them to suffer and her to gain millions of dollars and love.. hmm. I don't know how Amil Sr. Didn't have a heart attack or something having to deal with his daughter and love interest constantly doing things behind his back and making situations worse for everyone involved. He was just too chill about a lot of the situations they put him in. The one who paid the ultimate price was Dirty though. They should've dreaded Rocko in the beginning. It surprised me neither one did until it was too late for one.
The sadness and challenges these characters endured through this series made the ending well worth the wait. I love some of these characters like I know them personally. The things that’s Wesley has gone through in her life makes her new life all the more fulfilling to read about. She deserves every second of her happy ending. Just as much as her father deserves every second of his sad one. Wesley showed so much compassion and strength through out the entire series. Even though the world had not been kind to her she never used that as an excuse to play the victim. She found her way, she did the work, and she found her safe space in the process. The love that fifty has for Wesley is admirable. You can just tell he does not play about his woman at all. And he definitely doesn’t play about his family. Mail being his guardian angel had to be one of my most favorite parts of the whole series. Of course his end was tragic but there was still something so beautiful about it all. I could go on and on about this book for days and all the details involved, but I’ll just finish it off by saying I loved every chapter, every twist, every turn & I wish I could experience it for the first time all over again
Life was a blazing inferno for Fifty and it seemed as if some people kept throwing gasoline on the fire while others just stood around and got warm. The drama continued, but he stayed strong and kept fighting and so did Wesley right by his side.
They remained together through it all - trauma, triggers, family drama, death, and more.
This series was crazy af. Had my emotions running wild! I was so mad at some of Sassy’s actions but I’m glad everything worked out. I’m so sad that one of the characters passed away smh I was hoping it was just a dream type chapter but nope they actually were gone for good. This book is definitely different from a lot of the books I’ve read. Really enjoyed this series!
I thoroughly enjoyed all the twists, turns and connections throughout this series. It was wild to say the Ieast! It was also dark and toxic in parts, but there was a ray of light at the end. My first read from the author and other than a few editing issues, this was a good read! I wouldn't mind hearing from these characters again!
This book pretty much gave me closure on everything and everyone! It was only one thing I was confused about and have questions about! I will never feel sorry for Amelia. There will never be enough to be able to redeem her for me!
I can never get enough of this story. I have been invested since I read the first page in part one. I absolutely loved the ending. Everything came together full circle. I hate dirty had to die but over all this was an amazing read. Definitely did not disappoint
Loved it. I wonder what came of Amelia? Could that have something to do with the, The End.....Or????? I need answers. And I really Ms Dirty so much like I think you should bring him back to life lol.
I thoroughly enjoyed this entire series. The storyline was refreshing to read. The author's writing style kept you engaged in the story, always giving you just enough to get you to the next chapter! I loved this series and can't wait to read more from this author.
This story was so good!!!! So many twists and turns!!! I’m so happy fifty and amil FINALLY got their happily ever after and some healing because gah damn! I want some spinoff stories starting with sassy and Ibiza!
There was quite a lot going on with this book series. So many connections to be made, so much betrayal, and so many lies and secrets. I still enjoyed this particular installment in the series but I would have to say that it was my least favorite of the three. As I mentioned before some of the scene transitions (for me) were a little off. Having so many of the events and characters in the story connect in so many ways was very interesting.
With the way Fifty and Wesley jumped into everything I don't think anyone was surprised at their outcome. The scene with Rocko was a little too quick for my liking. It felt like he didn't really feel the weight of everything he had done. It's probably just me but I wanted something bigger. Something that would bring as much chaos and pain into his life as he brought to other people...and then for happened to happen.
If you are looking to be entertained I say pick it up.
This series was so good. I'm so happy for Fifty, Wesley, Jacob, and Brandon. What Amil did for his dad was everything 😔 I'm so hurt Dirty got killed, I mean, that hurt me for real. 😆 🤣 This is a must read.
Once I reached the end of the story I was lowkey disappointed. Sassy genuinely irked my soul!! She Constantly failed to communicate and listen to others! That aside I still enjoyed the book, and it was a good read.
I enjoyed this book series. The main couple got everything together by the end of this series. I still did like the fact that Sassy took the plea deal.
Great series. There were so many connections between the characters and unexpected revelations throughout the series. Book 3 really tied it all in together!
Part 3 of the series picks up with the family dealing with drama that changes their lives forever. At the same time the main characters are trying to live their lives together fighting all obstacles to get to a happy ever after. Things get intense but this family sticks together throughout all of their problems to come out better on the other side.
This one felt very much rushed. I wish Durst gave so much more maybe stretched the book to a fourth book instead of breezing through to complete the work. I loved book 1 and 2 so much so I was sad at the way the final piece ended. I really give this a 3.5 but GR doesn’t do half ratings.
