Short brief book which gives a thorough coverage of Lloyd George before his rise to the Prime Ministership. It is fairly obvious the author is a disciple of Lloyd George and sees most of the things in his life in a rose coloured view, however it provided me with information and background on this remarkable man. The book ends basically once he becomes Prime Minister and does not really cover his conflicts with Haig.

Interesting, but definitely written in a long-gone style and by a true fan of Lloyd George.
