This is a very tough read at times. Owen's exposition of Isaiah 53 is must read material. His defense of the atonement and refutation of Socinianism is unparalleled. This volume contains some of the richest theology on the work of Christ as High Priest, intercessor, and deity that I have ever read. You will have to stagger through some vague Socinian polemics and a Latin translator would be helpful in parts, but overall Owen's biblical stance is just as important to grasp today as it was when he wrote it. Solid!
