Quick but good
Very intriguing quick read. I really hope Cynthia gets away from Eric. That's if Nicki doesn't cause a mess. Smh. I'm glad Anthony is in the picture. I hope he beats Eric's ass!

Desperate Damsel is a romantic thriller.
She is in an abusive relationship and looking for a way to escape her abusive husband.
This was a very good book.
The story line held my interest from the beginning to the end.
I recommend that you add this book to your list of books to read this year.

Thoughts
It is unbelievable how many women are in this same kind of situation. Although this novel may be fictional it shows real events. It was a good read and now I need part two. I enjoyed it

Huh???? What would I have done? Definitely not stick around for that mess. This husband and wife seems to have nothing in common from the onset how could we as women not clearly see abuse when is right in front of our eyes. I guess low self esteem plays a role. Good read looking forward to reading part 2.

I loved this book. It was crazy from the beginning. I just wanted to slap Eric and Nicki. I loved how Anthony was in love with Cynthia and wanted to be her hero. I also loved Mrs. Brown for wanting to help Cynthia without asking any questions. She just knew something was wrong just by observing. I want Anthony and Cynthia together. I cannot wait for part 2

Nice read! I hate that this is a series. Would have make a great stand alone. the story flowed. it did have some errors but that was tolerable. maybe I will read. its very hard to read about domestic violence. I felt really bad for cynthia. I was on the edge of my seat wondering when she would leave the realtionship

This is a great read!!! This book had me happy and sad. The things that people will do to a person only because they allow them to!! Mrs.Brown & Anthony showed me that there are people still out there with a good heart. I can't wait to read part 2 because Ink Mistress did a great job!!!

This book had me from the beginning to the end. I love how there are different storylines in this book and little by little, the characters are starting to connect. Very interesting. Just started part 2 and it's good.
