Talk about a comprehensive guide! I used this book as a primary reference for a research paper on Alternative Medicine. It really addresses it all. It does get into some "wu-wu" healing techniques, but it really must in order to reach its level of thoroughness. It is very upfront about the effectiveness of all modalities included, and provides useful information on how to integrate the techniques into ones life. A very useful book to have on hand.
