This book is both practical and relevant to how leaders can build collective team efficacy. I think this book is best digested with others. There are activities and case studies that are useful for reflection. This book does provide some actionable steps, but at times, I felt the chapters were too concise and did not provide enough context or guidance to put the belief into action.

I really enjoyed the chunked engaging layout. I'm encouraged to apply my learning in my teams this year.
