The story line was good but, the over use of endearments was a killer. Love, my love, sweet, my sweet sweetheart...
It was distracting! No one uses an endearment or states the persons name so much during a conversation. And to be frank, it would be annoying if they did so. Some slight editing could have saved it.

This book is sexy, sweet, and exciting.. Love the story line Ava has no idea what is real in the world she lost her parents at a young age and raised by her aunt. She ends up with a man Nicholas who in the beginning was a decent man but once they move in together everything changes. The story makes the characters so life like that anyone can relate.. She finds her missing piece who is John and let me say I want him. He is perfect and loves Ava more than life himself I can not wait to see what Jinni brings to this series. I am definately a huge fan now. If you havent yet try reading His Mortal Angel loved it too.
