It is for school. Informative and easy to understand. I would never read it just for fun though!

Not exactly a thrilling read, but a useful overview of special education legislation and court decisions.

A good place to start your research, but as it is a secondary source, you will not want to reference it in a paper. Use it to get ideas and direction, then research primary sources.
