Guilty Crime Story Magazine keeps exploring the infinite variety of the genre. In this issue Anthony Neil Smith keeps us guessing as much as his confused character. I have to be careful to avoid spoilers! Robb T. White turns a heist into a disaster, noir-style. Russell Thayer send us to the 1950s with a tough girl in dire straits because of a dog. Brandon Barrows dabs a toe in domestic noir, and Victor De Anda puts a trio of teenage housebreakers in a lot more trouble than they expected. I'll skip over my own story that has what a reader called "a touch of dystopia". This is issue 10 already and the whole collection only grows stronger.
