Who among us wants to look old and feel old? We all want to age gracefully. Much of the advice in this book I knew from subscriptions to a variety of health and women's magazines. The advice is solid and much of it is backed by science and evidence based medicine. Some of the advice I disagreed with because it's outdated. For example, meat and fats aren't the enemy as people once thought and I don't think face exercises do much for combating aging. But that aside, this book has a wealth of easy to understand information about relaxation, mental well-being, healthy eating and exercising. The exercises for fitness and relaxation are depicted in large colorful photographs. I do adore a book that has photographs. Nearly every page has a photograph accompanying the text. This book is a keeper.
