This book was EVERYTHING I needed from Laney, Arrow, and Havoc.

These characters have been through so much, both individually and as a team. Their love, support, and acceptance was incredible, especially the moments where they heavily disagreed but came to a compromise. It just felt so real, not forced, and something that we can all relate to.

THE SPICE. Lawddddd - the spice. I love the way that kinks and scenes are incorporated into their healing, but also loved because...ya know. One handed reads.

I’m so sad this series is coming to an end. I love all of these characters so much. They’ve been through hell and back and have been dragged back there again. This story follow Laney and her two men, solidifying their relationship and facing a new enemy together. Throughout this chaotic, action packed ride is tons of spice. And the spice is SPOICY! You name a kink, TR Oldin has put it into this series. ACCURATE and PROPER BDSM, might I add. And the mental health rep is phenomenal. If you haven’t started this series, what are you waiting for?

Am I crying because the Brutal Boys of the Marie series is over? Maybe… Leave me alone. This was Laney, Arrow, and Havoc’s last novella. And it was so good and super spicy. Let’s just say the spice be spicing’.

I always love getting their POV’s. Havoc might be one of the loves of my life. And getting more of Laney’s story really made me feel for her. She is wild, caring, and fiercely protective.

This is about found family, and being there for one another. I love how Laney just wants her home to be a safe space for her friends.

I can’t wait to see what Nessa’s story looks like.

The story starts as it weaves through the happenings of book 3, but it focuses on Laney, Arrow, and Havoc. While they helped Evie conquer her demons, they still have their own to fight, but it helps when they are working together. When Arrow woke up, he had no doubts of what he wanted, but he and Havoc had a journey to forgiveness. Laney’s heart is so big, and she is always there for her people. My heart broke for her past, but we got to see how she became the person she is today. It really is nice to see how important therapy and Dr. K are to all of them; they all have traumatic pasts and never shy away from the help they need. I love that Havoc kept coming up with new rules for Laney and her needs; his mind is my favorite, especially when he critiques the way people do their jobs or realizes Arrow’s family’s theme for names. This world is one of my favorites, and I am so excited to see what is to come. There are so many small details that keep coming back, like pineapple on pizza. Please do yourself a favor and start this series because it really is so unique, and you get to see from other characters who are all so well written and developed. It is a darker series, but it does have plenty of lighter moments.

Wow wow wow, I absolutely love the conclusion of Laney’s story. Arrow, Havoc and Laney are just absolutely incredible in their love, exploration, support and acceptance of each other. I just love everything about the characters, their healing from trauma and the way in which they unconditionally love and support each other.

These characters grew on me during the Brutal Boys of Mafie series and I am so happy they got their own story because it needed to be told. The incredible way T.R. Writes trauma bonding, healing, therapy sessions, true love and acceptance of one’s self as well as their loved ones is absolute perfection. Her spice is like NO other. Literally she writes the most incredible and creative spice I’ve never read before. I messaged her multiple times while reading that I needed a change of underwear. I absolutely love the found family trope and this duet, specifically this book is so rooted in found family and the acceptance of others it’s the most beautiful thing.

I absolutely love everything about this book and the duet that is Laney, Arrow and Havoc’s beautiful, loving, trauma filled, healing story. I cannot wait for more in this world.

Soo it's took me a couple of days to write this review .... I really did not want this series to end!!

Every single book has been a 5* read!! It's an amazing series and I'm so extremely sad it's over 😭😭

This book had everything I could want and more!!!

Who knew Daddy Havoc could Dom a pleasure Dom .... and it would be sooo hot!!!
I have said from book 1 Havoc was my man and booooy did he deliver in this!! He is a trained assassin but we really see his softer side in this book 😍
I just love every piece of this man!

Then we have our Pleasure Dom Arrow... we get to find out more about his heartbreaking past and see him opening up to his true feelings 🥹

And we can't forget our Sassy, hilarious Unicorn Laney!! This woman is amazing and can totally hold her own as well as her relationship with her men!!!

Tay has done an absolutely incredible job portraying the real struggles with mental health and trauma and the recovery process that is so complex but also shows how much these characters need each other in their own ways!

Tay is also incredible with boundaries and consent! This is a huge part of this story and it is written soo well!

The SPICE!! Ohhh my I've found out some new things reading this 😅😅 The spice is phenomenal!!! You could FEEL the emotions and connections between these characters!

I've loved every second of this and now I eagerly await Nessas duet!!

Their story is soo beautiful and they bring the heat!! This throuple consists of a Pleasure Dom, Masochistic Sub who likes to switch and the Dom who Dom’s Doms 🥵🥵They are also trained killers 😏😏 how can you get hotter than that! These books are beyond marvelous. The plot is spectacular and the characters are all so precious. I think about them on a daily basis and can't believe that this is the final book in the series. I'm sad that it's over but boy have I enjoyed the ride.

This book/novella follows Layne, Havoc and Arrow.
I won't give too many details as I don't want to spoil it for anyone. Just know that the spice between these three is incredible and the plot is also amazing.
The way they all help each other through their trauma is so sweet and heart warming. T.R. Oldin has really done her research and it shows as it is written in such a raw and beautiful way.

I might add on to this at a future date because even though I finished it a couple of days ago I'm still lost for words.

First I was to acknowledge the incredible light TR Oldin brings to tough topics in her books such as mental health, gender dysphoria/transgender characters, etc. I loved getting to know more of Laney and Arrow’s backstory in this one since we already learned about Havoc’s backstory is the part one of this duet. There’s one thing I can look forward to from a TR Oldin book is she can write some fantastic spice. Prepare yourself for this one because it hot 🥵🥵🥵

I have been on this journey with these characters since the beginning when T.R. Oldin put out Mafie Kings, which is book one that starts off our introduction to these characters. Although, you may think of Laney, Arrow and Havoc are somewhat side characters, they are so much more than that. The twists, turns, emotions and bloodshed that these three get up to is nothing short of a good time.

You get to read throughout the Brutal Boys of the Mafie series the beginning of these characters and the timeline leading up to the novellas. You will get an amazing little morsel of them with the first novella, Wreaking Havoc on my Heart. As you read through the series you literally go through so many emotions with them and they really find a place in your heart, you can't help but love them.

The relationship between Laney, Havoc and Arrow is just on a whole other level. It is MMF, so there is a MM interest that you get so many spicy scenes of that really helps you grasp the love for these two men. T.R. Oldin did such a good job with them from beginning to end embracing so many new first times together and I freaking loved it.

Then, there is Laney, our spunky, hilarious, pink unicorn loving strong FMC that literally can handle both of these dominant men and I was totally here for it. Although, you will get ups and downs between these three and you get to be apart of suspenseful moments that will keep you on the edge of your seat. I can't deny the freaking way these men worship Laney is undeniably sexy. It is swoon-worthy and drool-worthy all at once.

Although, I was sad to see an end to their novellas, I know we will be seeing them again as crossovers in the future. I can't wait for the next release in the Fall.

You get to see behind the lens of their relationship when it was at the lowest of lows and how her men make it up to her to prove that they’re here to stay. But just when things get back on track, someone from their past makes an appearance that begins a whole new battle in the war they thought was over.

Final Thoughts: Laney is my spirit animal and my love for her character only grew more in this novella. I love how strong of a character she is and how fiercely she loves her men. The moments with Arrow and Havoc were so hot my kindle almost melted…and the club scene is probably one of my favorite spicy scenes that TR has written to date - which is saying a lot because in this series there has been a multitude of spicy scenes with her characters. Hands down one of my favorite series to date. I love that TR has been able to write such a captivating, beautiful story with suspense elements while also bringing all the spice that’ll have you fanning yourself.

Well there you have it folks, The Brutal Boys of the Mafie is complete! I’ve been in denial because of how much I love this series but just know that Taylor won’t leave us hanging. We still have a spin off with Nessa’s story to look forward to and it will be here before you know it.

When I say Taylor nailed this novella, I really mean it. While delivering a great, conflict filled, mafia story, we also get to explore Laney, Havoc and Arrow’s relationship emotionally and PHYSICALLY! And if I wasn’t being clear, the spice and kinks in this book are incredible! Not only that but while we learned a lot about Arrow in the previous Novella, we get to dive into Laney and Arrow’s past in this one. Boy have they been through a lot, and the story provides a chance to explore trauma and the process of healing. Another aspect of this book that I was so happy to see was the representation of trans people, seen with a previous characters added involvement. He is an absolute gem and such a great addition to this group’s dynamic.

It may have taken me a few days to finish this book because work kept from reading, but I was beyond invested in every single second. Laney, Havoc, and Arrow have been through so much in their lives, that all I’ve ever wanted since meeting them is for them to have an HEA. They may still have their disagreements, arguments, and stubborn moments, but it just makes their relationship all the more real.

Taylor gave me everything I could have possibly wanted from this book. There’s plenty of action while we also get to see the characters have downtime to work on not only their relationship but to also be there for their friends. I’m not going to lie, Taylor threw some twists at me that I was not expecting. AT ALL. So kudos on that, because it’s a rare occurrence that I get shocked by something. And let me just say that the spice in this book was IMMACULATE! When you read as much as I do, it can be hard to find a book with spicy scenes that haven’t been done before. But, boy oh boy, does Taylor deliver on some of the most inventive scenes I’ve ever read.

I’m sad for this series to come to an end, but I’m excited for Nessa’s book later in the year. It helps that I know that I’ll get to see these characters and others again in that book.

At this point you can always expect me to give the highest star rating for any work of art from T.R Oldin and her novellas are absolutely no different!

This is one of my favorite throuple’s of all time and I adore how their story ended. The connection between Laney and the guys is so beautiful but I absolutely adore that we see more depth and trauma healing in this finale. A big piece that I loved about this book was the inclusion of our Trans character and my god my heart poured out for them 🖤

Okay, we’ve got all the goods above, but let’s not forget about THE SPICE! My. God!! Every scene had me in a puddle but the scene with all three of them in the club plus Havock and Arrow’s scene in the kitchen had me LITERALLY UNWELL. Like, uncomfortably unwell 😏 the kinks in here are so delicious but that’s true of every TR book.

With Laney, Havock, and Arrows novella duet finished, the Boys of the Mafie is now officially a complete series. Don’t worry though, you know our girls got us with more spin offs coming soon

Ugh, I’m not ready for this to be over! Laney, Havoc and Arrow are one of my favorite throuples. There is so much love and chemistry between all three of them. And things definitely get spiceeeeey!! I love the dynamic between Arrow and Havoc in this book, especially as they were figuring things out and navigating new territory.

This story is fast paced and full of action as our main characters are once again fighting for their lives against another threat. We previously learned about Havoc’s past and now we get Laney & Arrow’s. We also get a deeper look into Dr K. And as usual, TR does such an amazing job covering heavy and difficult topics.

I’m so obsessed with Laney, she is by far my favorite female character in any book I’ve read. She plays a perfect Barbie but is such a badass and the way she makes her men fall at her feet is melting.
Don’t get me wrong I loved Evie and her boys story too but, there is just something about Laney’s that has me captivated more.
T.R. Oldin never fails her readers in doing all of the research she can before she puts it on paper and I admire her for that, not every author gives their books that much attention and dedication. I’m so sad that this series has come to an end but, I will just reread it over and over again when I want to reminisce on these jaw dropping characters.
I will recommend this book and series till the end of my days, of course always giving a heads up about trigger warnings because she does not play around with the darkness. She is an incredible author and I can’t wait for what she releases next. Bravo on another amazing book babe!👏🏼👏🏼

Stunning conclusion for these characters. I can't even call them side characters because they had such a massive part to play in the entire series. I love how the characters developed and grew into their own away from Evie and her boys. I cannot wait to see what comes next!

Laney continues to be the blonde bombshell badass we know and love. Now we get a glimpse at her background and learn how that has shaped her into who she is now.

Havoc let's us see a more playful and softer side that he says for those he loves. The God of Chaos will always be there but he starts to open up a little more as well.

Arrow comes into his own. Secrets are uncovered and he must learn to either run from them or overcome and work through them. With Laney and Havoc at his side, will he choose wisely?

Them deciding to leave her is something she just can't get past, but can they convince her otherwise? Can they show her that the only way forward is the three of them together.

As Arrow begins to remember his life before them, can he help them narrow down the identity of the person they're looking for? And what has Dr. K got to do with it all? Is she a traitor? Or is it a case of the old saying 'any enemy of theirs is a friend of mine?'

As always the plot twists and turns send you reeling and the trauma to your heart requires a needle and thread to stitch it back together again. But can they overcome the obstacles to find their happily ever after?

Oh my goodness!
It's not a secret that this series is one of my absolute ALL TIME FAVES! I literally recommend it to anyone who loves dark romance! Well, this book absolutely is perfection!
Laney, Havoc & Arrow have a lot to overcome to get to their HEA. Their story is SO good! I love seeing how much they have grown. I loved getting Laney's backstory & seeing how much Dr. K helped her overcome her issues.
BTW, can we just give Dr. K an award, please?? She's so good at helping our fave characters! I love her!
Seeing the others from this series was literally the icing on the cake.

Now, we just have to wait until Nessa gets her story told ...

I’m also loving to learn more about Akio and Adrian and their relationship, I hope to see more of them in the next books. Laney, Arrow and Havoc have been through so many trials and have dealt with so much trauma but they always come out stronger and more resilient. I love how supportive they are of each other and their friends. The amount of love and acceptance throughout this book was so beautiful. And the spice!!! Exceptional!!! I also continue to love how well mental health and healing are portrayed through each book and Arrow to my heart was no different.

Look, I love Laney. I love that she is sweet but also so filthy and I love their relationship but Havoc and Arrow’s dynamic makes me melt. Just them calling each other “babe” tickles me. The growth of Arrow was everything and Dr K twist…BOOM!

The fight and love the three have for each other, can’t even put it into words. Can put on collars though.
