I like the detailed illustrations and that there are a variety of exercises presented using both free weights, machines, and bands. It is helpful to read about the proper body mechanics if each exercise and I like the suggested workout plans in the back, though I wish the workout plans had a tad bit more variety to them. All in all a great reference.
I like: - that both men and women are present illustrating exercises throughout - that the models are realistically, rather than outrageously, buff/fit - that it shows variants on exercises (e.g. one with free weights, and one with a resistance band)
I do not like: - the creepy smoothed-out realism of how faces are rendered; very off-putting
