Excellent text for really understanding the full story of women's waterworks and implications for our overall health maintenance.

I recommend women especially to read this book -whether having incontinence or not- and men as well as it is an important topic that touches many women and much more than we think. This book is so well written that you can finish it in a day but I took my time to enjoy reading it as the information it provided is really valuable and useful. Just by remembering that many women end up in nursing homes because of the single reason of being incontinent is a strong reason to start reading this book and to spread the word around us to those affected that there is a way to treat it and there is a way to prevent it. Thanks to Pauline Chiarelli for her great efforts. Well done.
