I loved this book. Sometimes it is hard to find more devotional type things that stick with me and this one definitely stuck with me. Even now, when something comes up in life where I would have to take a chance or get out of my comfort zone, "When God says jump" comes back to me. Just that little saying. But, even more than that, what J. R. Briggs uses to make his points stays with me. Stories I grew up with from the Bible are now applicable to life. The motivation this book gives and the challenge it presents to really live for God, and by doing so to get to really experience life, was amazing.

I have a hard time reading both non-fiction and more Christian books, but I am pleased to say I absolutely loved this book. It was straight, to the point, with a good narrative voice (Christians can be so DRY sometimes.) I totally felt challenged, and liked I had learned something.

I am totally going to get my friends to buy and read this book, I was very much impressed.

This is a well written, encouraging and thought provoking book.
well recommended for reading and (hopefully) can break-away/shake-out the culture of 'play-it-safe' mentally and turn to being a risk-taker.
