Buku yang cukup bagus buat pengenalan seni berpedang Jepang. Pembahasan buku ini dimulai dari sejarah pedang di beberapa era. Lalu bahas tentang katana seperti bagian-bagian katana dan gimana cara merawatnya. Setelah itu lanjut ke pengenalan ken-jutsu dan iai-jutsu. Pembahasan cukup lengkap, kalau punya DVD-nya akan sangat terbantu. Buku ini tidak cukup kalau dibaca hanya satu kali. Perlu dibaca berulang-ulang saat mau praktik supaya lebih masuk.

This books contains so much knowledge about the Samurai Sword arts. It has the history of the Samurai, information about the sword, and wonderful techniques and kata. It also comes with a great dvd. If you are a beginner or intermediate and want to become adept at the Samurai Sword arts, picking up this book will definately be a tremendous boon.
