I have read several books on how to pray. If this had been my first one i would probably have given it a 5. This book gives many examples of ways to pray and suggests getting a spiritual director. The conclusion is that growth in prayer moves from words to silence. My problem is that I have never moved to silence.

I need to reread this book

I have found that the books that help me the most on my spiritual journey are books I read again and again. This is one of those books I am rereading it gleaning from it those things I need at the moment.
