I like this book, yet I didn’t like it. It is informative and easy to read; but it is kind of boring. If it had been any longer I don’t think a kid would bother finishing it. One good thing about this book is that is short; it is less than 30 pages long. One other good thing is that it has lost of pictures of what the book is talking about. The thing that bothered me the most was that the writer kept talking about minerals I’ve never heard about before and didn’t explain what they were. If you’re going to write about it at least explain it! This didn’t happen too often, but it did happen.
